Sonja has been researching body, mind, soul, and system for more than 20 years and has loved to create integral, experience-oriented spaces in which authenticity, sensuality, and awareness can be felt. She likes to play with Gestalt Therapy, Constellation Work, and Somatic Intelligence and has never stopped being curious and learning. A holistic view of the world is important to her and the understanding that everything is connected and only a creative expression of all the different facets of our humanity. She likes to explore the vulnerability of life and is happy to develop and support projects, ideas, and visions related to self-empowerment, creative love, and compassion.
